Privacy and advertising choices

Baltimore Sound Entertainment uses the information you choose to provide to answer questions, check event availability, prepare proposals and deliver event services. This notice also explains the optional advertising measurement used on our website.
Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or city, estimated guest count, services or package interests, and the details you include in your message. Sending the form does not require you to allow advertising measurement.
Information collected from the website
Our site records ordinary technical and attribution information such as the page visited, referring site, campaign tags, browser/device information and submission time. If you allow marketing measurement, Meta may also use its _fbp and _fbc identifiers and receive a PageView or Lead event. The Lead event tells us that a website inquiry occurred; our public browser tracking code does not place your name, email, phone number or message inside the event.
How we use information
- respond to your inquiry and communicate about your event;
- check availability, recommend services and prepare a proposal;
- operate, secure and improve our website and sales process;
- understand which marketing brought real inquiries and bookings; and
- meet business, accounting, contractual and legal obligations.
Meta advertising measurement
If you choose Allow marketing, our site may send browser and server versions of the same advertising event to Meta. A shared event identifier allows Meta to count that as one event rather than two. Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy policies. We use this measurement to evaluate advertising for Baltimore Sound Entertainment; we do not treat a follow, video view or giveaway entry as a wedding sales inquiry.
If you choose No thanks, the sales inquiry still works, but BSE does not send that inquiry as a Meta advertising Lead and removes the Meta browser identifiers it can access. You can reopen the choice control and change your selection at any time. A browser setting, extension or network control may also limit these technologies.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to host the website, process forms, maintain our sales records, deliver communications and measure advertising. We share information with them only for those operating purposes and do not authorize them to use it for unrelated purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the business, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and event records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the system, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and questions
You may decline optional advertising measurement without losing access to the inquiry form. You may also ask BSE to review or correct the contact information associated with your inquiry, subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
